I started exploring manifestation around 6 months ago, reading everything I could find, watching videos on Youtube etc. I started out asking for money, not specific amounts and really not focussing hard, just imagining having money and able to do things, quite simplistic.
After a week or so, I needed to register for self-assessment on the HMRC website and crazily to me, when I logged in to make sure everything was all setup, I was £83.20 in credit with a button saying I can request a cheque now or use it against my next tax return.
When I dug deeper into this, it was from 17 years ago, me and my brother had imported MP players from China and were selling them on eBay, we only did this once and made a bit of money each and I’d logged it as a self-assessment back then but had ultimately overpaid.
That money had sat there for 17 years, it had even gained a bit of interest lol, but how bizarre that a week into manifesting I was made aware of this, following 17 years of not knowing it was there.
I just found and still find this so strange!
I understand people will say, if I hadn’t manifested I’d still have come across that money on that day, so it’s just a coincidence, but to me, the timing of it just blew my mind, its like thinking about the money had drawn it to me and I really started to believe and try even harder with my techniques.
A couple of weeks later, I received a cheque out of the blue for £33.16, this was a refund from an insurance company after my policy had actually ended. The letter said I’d joined an insurance advice hub but they had failed to tell me it wasn’t mandatory, they’d just given it by default, as I result I’d be reimbursed the fees.
Again, this was so strange to me, money just coming my way that I had no clue was coming on both occasions.
Since then, I doubled down on the researching, bought more books, tried even harder and nothing further happened, but I wonder if I lost my way and started to try too hard? Or think it was too easy?
Either way, I’m going back to basics, I’m going to try to draw up a plan of what I want and I’m going to document it on here, see where it takes me
